The first will of course be driven by Niels Reynvoet, who is competing in the BRC 2023 with us. Accompanied by Willem Verbeke, he will be one of the favorites for the Ardeca Ypres Rally 2023, benefiting from a good knowledge of the event, and a steady increase in power since the start of the season. »

At the controls of the second Citroën C3 Rally2, also in the Orfys liverage, we will find with great pleasure the Frenchman Stéphane Lefebvre ! After having dominated the national competition last year, the most Belgian of the French will be back with the same objective : to win !

« Small nuance however, Stéphane will be aligned in the classification of the… British Rally Championship, which also stops in the Westhoek, continues Alain Georges. In British competition, the use of tires is free, and we benefit from an agreement with Michelin as part of this operation. The battle, especially with Adrien Fourmaux, promises to be fun, and I think that the public will be the big winner of Stéphane’s return to the Belgian team. »

In order to better prepare for the Westhoek event, the Theux team will be at the start of the Rally van Wervik on June 9 and 10 with Niels Reynvoet. Who will take part, joined by Stéphane Lefebvre, in a formal test session next Sunday. This will allow the Frenchman to exchange his impressions with the usual Orfys driver.

So it will be on two distinct fronts that DG Sport Competition will tackle the Ardeca Ypres Rally 2023. Action !
